Convincing before the visit — Showcase website for a prestige retail space

What?

A one-page showcase website designed and built on Webflow to market a 1,000 sqm retail space located at 118 Champs-Élysées. The target audience: high-end and luxury brands seeking a prestige location. The site features a presentation video, photo gallery, market data on the commercial environment, a floor plan, a 360° Matterport virtual tour, a contact form, and a downloadable brochure.

Why?

This type of real estate asset isn't sold like a standard product — it's presented. The site had to embody the prestige of the address and win over international decision-makers within seconds. Footfall figures, surrounding brand environment, space configuration, direct contacts with Cushman & Wakefield and Knight Frank agents: every section addresses an objection or reinforces conviction. The result helped secure commitments from retail brands for the space.

Outcome

The client used this showcase site as the central asset to promote their offering to target brands — a platform worthy of the address's standing.
